FAQs

Our preferred method of collecting your payments is by standing order. If, for some reason, this is not the best method for you then you can organise to pay us in the following ways:

  • Make a payment now via our online paying in system
  • Pay via your own internet banking system, quoting the reference number and bank details given to you in all our correspondence
  • By paying in book – please contact our customer services department (details below) to request a paying in book.
  • By cheques addressed to Spring Finance Limited and sent to:

Spring Finance Limited, Kinetic Business Centre, Theobald Street, Borehamwood WD6 4PJ

REMEMBER – YOU MUST ALWAYS QUOTE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER ON ALL METHODS OF PAYMENT SO THAT THE MONEY GETS APPLIED TO THE CORRECT ACCOUNT

We are required to send you statements at certain intervals throughout the life of your mortgage depending on individual circumstances.

Annual Statement
This is issued to you on the 12 months anniversary of your loan with us. The statement includes all payments due and made as well as any charges and third party costs that have been applied to your account during the 12 month period of the statement. It also includes the interest charged during the period as well as a running balance so that you can see how much capital you have repaid during the period of the statement.

Notice of Default Sums
A Notice of Charge is sent whenever a charge or third party fee has been applied to your account. You will have 28 days to pay this charge or cost before interest on a simple basis is applied to the charge or fee.

Notice of Arrears
We are required to send you a Notice of Arrears when you are two months’ in arrears.  The Notice includes details of your arrears, other account information and an information sheet that provides details of your rights and where you can get help.
